Mooring/PWC Rental Form
The rental request form can be accessed through the links at the bottom of this page. By submitting a request, you understand and agree to the following requirements:

- 1. Only CARA Members can apply for the rental; these are not available for guests or renters.

- 2. All rentals must be coordinated through the respective amenity manager and not with a current assigned user.

- 3. Requests are not a guarantee of availability.

- 4. Priority will be given for requests made prior to April 30. Should availability occur and there are no requests for that given time-frame, the amenity manager will use the order of wait-list standing.

- 5. Rentals generally run from Saturday to Saturday, though availability may differ. The amenity manager will advise accordingly.

- 6. No PWC or Small Boat (Kayak, row boat, etc.) Shall be placed on a mooring.

- 7. Boats on Moorings must be less than 21 feet LOA

- 8. A weekly rental fee will be assessed for mooring rentals between Memorial Day and Labor Day. From 2023, the weekly fee is $35. This fee reimburses the assigned user and also offsets maintenance and admin costs.

- 9. No placement of your vessel should occur until all the necessary paperwork has been provided, which includes:
- The rental request form;
- Current proof of liability insurance;
- Copies (2 for Mooring, 1 for PWC) of clear, currently stamped registrations.
